See next spring again and Welcome back！ 雄化カモと冬鳥の初認、11月のキビタキ

The Pintail x Eurasian Wigeon Hybrid Duck（also masculinization）has come back to my patch. Welcome back! And my last day of Barn Swallow 2025 was on October 26.

オナガガモxヒドリガモの雄化個体（通称：オドリガモ）を、2025年10月05日に今冬も確認しました。お帰りなさい！

2015年11月04日から飛来を確認しているので、満10年です。

飛来前には、2025年9月12、18、21、22日、10月01日に確認に行きましたが、これらの日には確認できなかったので、10月2-5日の期間に飛来したと思われます。2024年秋は9月28日に初認で、それよりも今年はやや遅い記録となりました。これだけ長期間に飛来を継続的に確認できているのは、私が見失っていた期間の観察記録の情報提供をいただきましたS.Aさんのおかげです。改めて御礼を申し上げます。

I have high hopes to see a large number of migratory birds in this winter, as the arrival of winter birds in recent years has been delayed and the number of birds arriving has been very small. I hope that this winter will be a wonderful time not only experienced birders, but also beginners, can enjoy birdwatching and have good opportunities to see many birds.

下画像は10月01日に飛来を確認したヒドリガモ雄化個体で、これもS.Aさんが継続観察されていたものです。その後一時的に観察できなくなりましたが、この場所で11月11日にS.Aさんによって滞在が確認されました。

A female Narcissus Flycatcher and Red-rumped Swallow were still present as late as November 2nd. In the past, Japanese Thrushes have even been observed in the forest until December 31st. It seems summer birds may be departing for warmer place later, or perhaps their wintering areas are shifting to higher latitudes around the globe.

9月18日にモズの高鳴初認、自宅周辺でのジョウビタキ初認は10月5日、ツグミは10月26日初認でした。2025年ツバメの終認は10月26日の1羽（複数羽同時確認は10月3日）と、例年よりも随分と遅くまで確認できたのが意外でした。10月31日に雑木林ポイントskでシメ、カシラダカ、11月1日にルリビタキ、11月2日にベニマシコ（声）やマヒワ、ツグミ初認し、追加でふらっと午後に出かけた観察ポイントのKでハイタカを2回確認できたので、冬の小鳥の移動と共に猛禽類もやって来ている印象を受けました。みなさん、本当にお帰りなさい！

ちなみに11月2日は、夏鳥のコシアカツバメとキビタキ雌（11月8日訪問時には確認できず）もいました。しばし季節交差の時間を楽しみたいと思います。
