サギの塒 Roosting Herons and Egrets

2023年夏も川越市の伊佐沼で、塒に集まるサギの数を数えています。今年もたくさんの数が飛来しておりますが、2020-22年とは鳥の集まり方に変化が出ています。現時点では、なぜ、この変化が起きているのかはわかりませんが、これまでとは違いがあることがわかったのは、2020年からカウントしていたからこそだと思っております。

とにかく地道に数えていきます。

I have count the number of roosting herons and egrets at Isa-numa in Kawagoe city, since 2020.  A large number birds are also coming this year, and I have found that there is a difference from the previous years. My investigation before the change helped me to notice it.
