鳥探し Bird View

３年前から地図上で気になっていた埼玉県内の何カ所かの鳥に良さげな環境を初めて見て回ってきました。

たくさんのヒバリとムナグロ90羽近くが畑で採食していました。内陸で10月にこれだけのムナグロの群れを見たのは初めて。越冬しているかもしれません。これだけいるならば、もう少し季節が進めばタゲリにも会えそうです。

川沿いのちょっとした緑地公園と神社では、シメの群れとキビタキ雌タイプがうろうろしていて、近隣の畑は航空写真で見た様子とはちょっと違って、思っていた以上にヤマシギが好みそうな雰囲気。

双眼鏡で見たら、シメは嘴がまだ鉛色で夏羽が残っているようなので、証拠写真をひとまず撮影。

今回は場所確認で車でざざっと回ってしまいましたが、次回からは一カ所ずつ丁寧に観察をしていきたいと思います。

今年の冬鳥探しが楽しみになりました。

I went to some places where I have expected good for winter birdwatching.

I could see oriental skylarks and about 90 individuals of pacific golden plover.
It was my first time to see like a big flock of pacific golden plover in winter in land.

Two more places, a small forest in a shinto shrine and in a tiny park, Hawfinches and a female or young Narcissus Flycatcher met me in a half way of their traveling. In a tiny park, the environment is nice to invite woodcocks. I am crossing my fingers to see them someday in this winter.

I wish to visit again and again this winter to enjoy birdwatching in these places.

The point of BIRD VIEW, it means checking environment as a bird, will give me chances to meet a lot of birds, I hope!
