潮干狩り No time for birding

6月15日、木更津へ潮干狩りに行ってきました。

久しぶりの潮干狩りは、とても楽しかったです。
例年この地に来ている友人は、今年はややアサリは少なめとのことでしたが、
マテガイは今までで一番穫れたと大喜びでした。

知人宅でアサリの酒蒸しなどにして、美味しく頂きました

一番手前でうなだれているようなのが私ですが、

実は必死に穫っています！

I went to Kisarazu in Chiba for calm digging

Calm digging  is one of the popular leisure in Japan.

Our main targets are Japanese littleneck and razor clam.

Although it was little bit smaller mount of Japanese littleneck than regular year, 

we could have the best year of razor clam.

My friend cooked them steeped in sake and steamed.

Very tasty.

I go to mad flat normally for birding. 

But I did not take my binocular for birding in this time.

I was busy to dig mad for clam, 

In other words, no time for birding!!! 

However I could understand the richness of nature.
