Short-eared Owl コミミズク出現！

久しぶりに訪問した場所で水際のコサギを採餌行動を観察していると、急に動きを止めて上空を気にしました。

When I watched a feeding little egret, the bird suddenly stopped moving and looked at the sky.

その方向を見ると、なんと高空にコミミズク。双眼鏡でようやく見つかるような大きさで、コサギはこれを肉眼で見つけるのかと思うと、感心です。

I also checked that direction, I saw a Short-eared Owl high in the sky. It was tiny spotted for me with binoculars, and I was impressed that the little egret could spot this without binos! 

しばらく飛翔してそのまま去っていきましたが、久しぶりのコミミズクの観察で、とても嬉しい出会いでした。
