Jungle Nightjar ヨタカ

I confirmed Jungle Nightjars this year again at breeding sites, their arrival by vocal only some places where I had often seen them actually flying in previous years. The environment has not changed in my point of view, however perhaps it may no longer be good for Jungle Nightjar.

5月中旬から7月にかけてヨタカに会いに森へ行き、今期も無事に飛来の確認ができました。飛来の様子が過去と少し変わってきているのが、今年だけなのか、それとも今後の変化の始まりなのかを、これからの調査で確認していきたいと思います。
