11月の確認種 My Bird List in November
Every year, I record the birds I observe in the Japanese Bird Checklist (8th edition). My bird year list 2025 as of November 30 reached 236, including non-native.
毎年、見聞した鳥を日本産鳥類目録（今年から第8版）で記録しています。11月30日の種数チェックでは、カリガネなどが見られたことなど幸運が続き、236種（外来種6種 ガビチョウ、カオグロガビチョウ、コジュケイ、コブハクチョウ、ホンセイインコ、ソウシチョウを含む）となりました。写真はないのですが、自宅から遠くないフィールドでコミミズクを自力で見つけたときも大感激しました。

Jさんと一緒に日没後にヤマシギを探しに行ったところ、10羽以上を確認できた日が11月はあり、自然な姿を見たいならば、その鳥の生態に合わせた探索をする必要性を改めて実感しました。

Lapwings お帰りなさい！
10月26日に今冬初認のタゲリ3羽の姿がありました。11月13日には日没後にヤマシギ7羽、コミミズク1羽を確認できました。

戸隠 Eyebrowed Thrush
11月上旬、夜中に高速道路を使って目的地へ向かっている途中で気象変化ポイントがあり、この時期に戸隠を通過しているというオオミズナギドリの飛翔を見られそうな気がして、目的地へ直行する予定を急遽変更して戸隠の鏡池に立ち寄りました。気象条件は以前に見た状況と非常によく似ていたのですが、今回も巡り合わせはありませんでした。簡単には会えないものです。来秋もなんとか時間を作って、再チャレンジしたいことの一つです。

I went to Togakushi in Nagano in late autumn in the hope of encountering Streaked Shearwaters migrating through the inland areas. The weather conditions were remarkably similar to those I had previously observed, yet I did not see any Streaked Shearwater this time. I will try next autumn again!
戸隠の山々が雪化粧。前日に降ったようで、とても綺麗でした。
However, I was happy to see many Eyebrowed Thrushes！

地面に落ちた木の実をついばむマミチャジナイの群れを見られました。

目的地までに休憩した複数の緑地でも、マミチャジナイやマヒワ、アトリ、ツグミの群れ、そして薄暗い森ではトラツグミを見つけることができました。平地林でここ数年は秋の鳥が少なかったので本当に嬉しいです。
冬鳥が多い年になることを願っています。

However, my thermal scope pointed me out skylarks at least 15！
Eurasian Skylark（White dots）
肉眼で見た感じでは鳥の姿が見えなかったのですが、実際は多くのヒバリが採餌していました。
In another location, I also spotted a Grey-headed Bunting hiding in the bushes. It was also very difficult for me to find the bird with the naked eye. I hope to avoid missing bird by using it whenever possible by using new equipment.

Garganey & Jungle Nightjar
This is a topic from a little while back in October, a Garganey came to the small pond in the forest near my house. It was the first time for me to see at this spot.

After observing various birds around my house on the same day, I saw a flying Jungle Nightjar at 17:48. I was unable to take any photograph because of 30 minutes after sunset.

セミとアオマツムシの声を聞くことがなくなったので、2025年の初認日と終認日を確定しました。※（ ）は、個人的な記録管理のための確認コードです。

7/19 ミンミンゼミ（S-I）
7/22 ヒグラシ（T-ok）
7/24 クマゼミ（T2-nz）
8/20 アオマツムシ（S-I）
以下、2025年の終認日です。
09/22 ニイニイゼミ（S-Kw）→（S-I）では08/23終認
09/22 ヒグラシ（S-I）→（SI-MF）では09/03終認
09/14 ミンミンゼミ（S-I）、9/23（Kw-Chko）、9/24（S-MF）、10/09（T-ShM）
10/08 ツクツクボウシ（S-I）、10/10（T-ShM）
10/08 アブラゼミ（S-I）、9/23（Kw-aChi）
10/02 アオマツムシ（K-e）、ちなみに雌の姿終認は11月02日（S-I）
クマゼミ初認日に1回聞いたのみでしたので、終認日は記録なしとしました。
