See next spring again and Welcome back！ 雄化カモと冬鳥の初認、キビタキ滞在中

The Pintail x Eurasian Wigeon Hybrid Duck（also masculinization）has come back to my patch. Welcome back! And my last day of Barn Swallow 2025 was on October 26.

10月01日にはS.Aさんが継続観察されていたヒドリガモ雄化個体の飛来を確認し、2015年11月4日から飛来を確認しているオドリガモ（オナガガモxヒドリガモの雄化個体）を、2025年10月05日に今冬も確認しました。お帰りなさい！

飛来の前に実は2025年9月12、18、21、22日、10月1日にもオドリガモ確認に行きましたが、これらの日には確認できなかったので、10月2日以降に飛来したと思われます。2024年秋は9月28日に初認で、それよりも今年はやや遅い記録となりました。これだけ長期間に飛来を継続的に確認できているのは、私が見失っていた期間の観察記録の情報提供をいただきましたS.Aさんのおかげです。改めて御礼を申し上げます。

I have high hopes to see a large number of migratory birds in this winter, as unfortunately the arrival of migratory birds in winter has been delayed and the number of birds arriving has been very small in recent years. I hope that this winter will be a wonderful time not only experienced birders, but also beginners, can enjoy birdwatching and have good opportunities to see many birds.

下画像の雄化ヒドリは、同所で10月01日に確認し、その後観察できなくなりました。この場所は移動途中の中継場所なのかもしれません。

For reference, a female Narcissus Flycatcher and Red-rumped Swallow were still present as late as November 2nd. Japanese Thrushes have even been observed in the forest until December 31st. It seems summer birds may be departing for warmer place later, or perhaps their wintering areas are shifting to higher latitudes around the globe.

9月18日にモズの高鳴初認、自宅周辺でのジョウビタキ初認は10月5日、ツグミは10月26日初認でした。2025年ツバメの終認は10月26日の1羽（複数羽同時確認は10月3日）と、例年よりも随分と遅くまで確認できたのが意外でした。10月31日に雑木林ポイントskでシメ、カシラダカ、11月1日にルリビタキ、11月2日にベニマシコ（声）やマヒワ、ツグミ初認し、追加でふらっと午後に出かけたK丘陵でハイタカを2回確認できたので、冬の小鳥の移動と共にやって来ている印象を受けました。みなさん、本当にお帰りなさい！

ちなみに11月2日は、夏鳥のコシアカツバメとキビタキ雌（11月8日訪問時には確認できず）もいました。
