毎年、見聞した鳥を日本産鳥類目録（今年から第8版）で記録しています。6月は草原性鳥類の観察の機会に恵まれたことで、6月30日の種数チェックでは219種（外来種5種 ガビチョウ、カオグロガビチョウ、コジュケイ、コブハクチョウ、ホンセイインコを含む）となりました。
My year list of Bird 2025 had 219 species including 5 non-native species on 30 June. In particular, I was very lucky to hear the voice of Oriental Scops Owl with my birding friend for the first time in 7-8 years on the evening of June 30th. Also the new birds in 2025 for me were grassland birds such as Siberian Stonechat, Common Cuckoo, Grey-headed Bunting, Black-browed Reed Warbler, Middendorff's Grasshopper Warbler, and a couple of Yellow Bittern in the wetlands near my house that I had not spotted in May.
I enjoyed watching a family of Brown Dipper.
